Don't Get Absorbed in Things That Don't Bring Peace or Happiness

Focus on what brings you or others peace or happiness so that you concentrate on what is good, loving, and beneficial always. These are what your whole life should be absorbed with and it will cause the same positive things to come back to you.

It is an interesting process for when you are absorbed with these three things even if it does not benefit the one it was meant for because he or she did not want to or was not ready to receive it gratefully it will still benefit someone else so just keep on doing it. It will also make you a better person for we become happy when we help others.

I know this from experience for it is amazing how my day changes into a positive one when someone just smiles at me or says something nice about someone. When you notice that you are not focused on peace and happiness think of good thoughts like your happy place or the person that makes you smile so that you can shift to that positive place immediately. It might take a bit of work in the beginning but eventually it becomes easy and automatic to do.
